Top-up & Withdrawal

Top-up Balance

To add funds to your account, go to the Finance section and click "Top-up". Choose a payment method (USDT, USDC, or fiat), enter the amount, and follow the instructions. Each top-up generates a unique address or payment request.

Withdrawal Funds

To withdraw funds, click "Withdraw" in the Finance section. Select the available balance, enter the amount and destination address, and confirm the request. Make sure your balance meets the minimum withdrawal amount.

Processing & Limits

Withdrawals are processed according to your current grade and may include a holding period.

Each grade has its own:

• minimum withdrawal amount
• monthly limit
• processing time

You can view your limits in the Finance dashboard.
